All test nodes that upgraded by Attic lab in Jungle testnet to 1.3.0 release with new WebAssembly Interpreter wabt enabeled for testing purposes and LiquidEOS heartbeat plugin on BP's nodes.

Contract Execution Speed
Wabbit added the latest WebAssembly interpreter that executes EOS binary contract software. Block.one has mainstreamed this new interpreter against the previous version (Binaryen) and Wabbit turned out to be up double faster.
