This is a very good post regarding the Various Newer ICO's that are popping up all over the place. The Regulators in the USA really haven't found a way to stop people from getting involved with these projects. Unfortunately they have managed to Scare People that are planning on raising funds for a crowd sale in America pertaining to Cryptocurrency or Token Offerings.

When will America get off its high horse they are not the only big players in the Cryptocurrency space. Russia is studying cryptocurrency and will implement their own in the future. Perhaps America will follow in their footsteps?
