Great detailed account. I recently went through the ICO process for WAGERR, XFCCOIN, SUPERIORCOIN, CIVIC and STATUS. STATUS I missed out on thanks to another one of coinbases turns, I'm still waiting for CIVIC to show up.

Every ICO seems to throw something different in, though I did like the fact that CIVIC ate their own dogfood and used their platform to validate your identity for the ICO. Couldn't understand the volume of complaints, what better way to start off successfully than have a bunch of users who are invested in the product using it.
