My guess is it's an announcement about a large company that is going to build a dapp on the EOS platform. There are rumors that Naver a major South Korean company who also owns the Line app which is a messaging app that has 10's of millions of users will be using EOS in some capacity. Maybe not to run their existing app but perhaps to have some sort of reward coin for it's users running on EOS! If that's the case that would be huge!!!
