OpenLedger Updated its Web Wallet GUI

OpenLedger released an update to their wallet interface to the BitShares network.
Simple Mode has been removed
All OpenLedger gateways can be seen on one page
Disabled gateways are indicated with some additional information for the user
Deposit and withdrawals have been made easier and more intuitive
Various GUI improvements
