Mandarin-Language Representative in China

Suggested duration: 5 to 10 minutes

A worker proposal for a Mandarin-language representative is being announced this week. This representative would work with the spokesperson role, that is currently performed by BitShares Foundation, for activities in China. The effort is being assisted by @lzlman.
