OpenLedger Proposes BitShares 3.0
Asking for people to decide which has highest priority among the following:
- Implementing a virtual machine (like Ethereum’s’ Virtual Machine) into Graphene
- Implementation of the Atomic Swap mechanism
- Creation of Fee Backed Asset
