In my days of growing up, if there was anything that took quite a lot of my time, aside studies, was Game. Hadly can you find anyone (while growing up) that has no affinity for games. The advent of internet made access to varieties of games easier and fun as well.

The innovation of Blockchain Technology in 2008 opens more opportunities to the gamification industries. The first game ever created on the Blockchain was Huntercoin, which allow multiple users to compete with one another to mine huntercoin. Huntercoin was developed in February 2014 but the first most played game on the blockchain ecosystem was Cryptokitties. Building games became much easier from July 2015, when the Ethereum blockchain was released, which allows a decentralised app to be integrated on the blockchain ecosystem. The first of such games built using the decentralized app on the Ethereum blockchain was CryptoPunks. The set of games created are called First Generation (Blockchain 1.0).

All games created so far are quite very simple and weak as well, which can not attract user's interest to download and play more of such games, thus the need for Blockchain 2.0. CryptoAlpaca, a complex gameplay loaded with more stages/levels and strategies that would keep players engaged for a long time.

EON is a decentralised ecosystem embedded on the Ethereum blockchain. EON intend to unite gamers, developers, content creators as well as reduce, if not eradicate, the challenges faced by developers on traditional gaming industries.

PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CURRENT GAMING INDUSTRY.
Lots of problems experienced in the traditional gaming industry but would be discussed in two folds, which are:

Gaming Discoveries And Promotions
In order for the games to reach targeted players, developers have to spend money (more than 30% of their revenue) and time to get an effective network to place ads in order for such game(s) to views and eaay discovery by players. Also, developers are compelled to design their games to meet distribution rules, just for the games to gain acceptance and more exposure, rather than been created for gamers.
Payment
Local fiat is integrated in all games developed based on the home country of the developer, which is good for a local game. But this becomes a big problem for a global game. The developer cannot travel to all respective countries to have their local fiat integrated. Also another challenge experienced is delayed remmitance of money to the developer by the payment method(s). Payments are delayed for about 60days, which makes it very difficult for developers to manage their cash inflow. No thanks to the centrakused nature of this system.

EON SOLUTION - The Blockchain
With the blockchain technology, EON provides a lasting solution to the problems listed above.

Since EON is embedded on the Ethereum blockchain and its in global use, developers don't have to travel to all countries to have their local fiat integrated. Payments will be made with cryptocurrency, which the developers can either hold it or exchange it for fiat. The EON platform will protect developer's money as well as ensure fast payment since the Ethereum network is fast.

To effectively track traffic on the EON platform, smart contract from the Ethereum blockchain will be used to eradicate fake traffic and conveniently calculate Return on Investment (ROI) and conversation rate within the ecosystem.

EON TOKEN
The token will power the EON platform and be used to validate all transactions within. All holders as well as early adopters of EON will be rewarded as activities in the platform grows.
