1. Login Your Account
   You need to have an account on Bitcointalk

2. Write a Post
   Write a post on Bounty Thread in the format as below (see red marked text)

   

   

3. Get the Application Post Number
   In the top right corner of your post, you will see the number that will be needed for filling up the application form properly. The application post number is marked in red:
   

In this case, the application post number is 24.
