Plastic bag recycling

I was talking to a friend recently and mentioned plastic bag recycling, and it was news to him that he could bag his bags and drop them off at a grocery store.

I imagine this may be news to many other people; I myself only learned about it by explicitly going online to figure it out.

As it turns out, plastic bags can't be put in the blue curbside recycling bin because it can jam the other machinery.

But clean plastic bags can still be recycled, including the air bubble packing plastic bags or the wrapping around toilet paper packages! Just need to bag a bunch of bags inside 1 other bag then drop it off at a participating grocery store.
