My first venture
Good Steemians I hope you are well, today I will talk to you a bit about how my first venture was born.
My boyfriend and I talk every day about ideas that come to our mind to undertake, before I did not know what this was or how to do it, thanks to their knowledge and support, I was introduced to many things that are really important to undertake.
About 5 months ago we were discussing this topic that usually catches us and we spent hours talking about it, it all started with a classmate who told him he was making money selling cleaning products He told her that it was practically meaningless and that it was easier than it seemed.
After investigating and getting thoroughly informed about this (he even found out about a course that was costly for the present), he raised it to me and I thought it was a very good idea, especially since it's something that always will be active in the market.
We contacted a chemical engineer who has more than 10 years of experience in the cleaning products industry and we agreed to do an intensive course with him, because I am not a student I leave them 300,000 bs each one since it was quoted at 400,000 bs per person. That same day we organized a plan to obtain money, because I only dedicate to make banners, but the profit is very minimal, among those we focused as "A" plan in the raffles.
In addition to the raffles we had a piggy bank where we put daily what we had left of passage. When we uncovered it we only got 60,000 bs more, which amounted to just 130,000 bs.
In December my mother as a Christmas gift gave me € 5 and for the date were 1,500,000 bs, the first thing I thought was doing the course. Very excited notify him and we called the man to set aside the quotas, he told us that the course had risen to 400,000 bs each but he did not leave them at 350,000 bs each.
He told us that the course lasted two days and he gave us a date for December 27 and 28, he also informed us that the course was in Charallave and we must have been at 8 in the dorm.
With all the availability the first day we got up at 3:30 am to go to our destination, we arrived in Caracas at approximately 4:30 am and we had to wait for the station open, in short we arrived at Charallave 1 hour before.
The engineer was very dynamic and even taught us much more than we expected, the man was a very humble and collaborative person, he offered to help us to start leaving the raw material far below the price which moved us. Finally very exhausted by the bustle we arrived at Vargas at 9:00 p.m.
The second day was even better, we left a little earlier and luckily we arrived before 8:00 p.m.
After talking, we agreed that the most accessible thing to undertake was chlorine. Since the end of the course we said that by the end of January we should start selling chlorine, which unfortunately was not achieved.
Two weeks ago the gentleman informed us that he had raw material to sell us at a very accessible price, with the help of our mothers we were able to buy 50 liters of raw material for chlorine.
We could barely pay you to start producing as soon as possible. We went to remove part of the merchandise in Charallave after leaving school. We had a hard time transferring it, on the way they informed us that we had to take it by bus, since it is not allowed to transport so much raw material by metro, this worried us a lot because we did not have enough cash.
We were able to pay for the transportation from Charallave to Caracas, leaving only the cash to go to Vargas, finally after all we arrived before 8:00 pm.
Today 21-02-2018 very excited we started with the manufacture of chlorine, my boyfriend was allergic but that will not be a reason to give up. We will work hard so that our business grows and we can fulfill all our objectives.
