Have a marketing agency? Here's an idea to get some leads

Do you have some sort of marketing agency? Here's a good way to get some fresh leads.

Start listening to your local radio. Listen with a pen/paper and take notes on all the local businesses advertising on the radio. Write down their offer, their contact info, and some notes on the ad they're running.

Get in touch with the owner. See if they're open to using Facebook advertising (or whatever is best) to reach their audience instead of advertising over the radio... Explain to them how the ROI is better (retargeting, CTAs you can action immediately, targeting interested parties, pixel maturation, etc.) and why it's a much better use of their time/money.

This is a great way to make sure you're speaking with qualified clients because 1. They're already spending money on ads and 2. They obviously just don't understand how changing technologies are disrupting the market.

Get in touch with these people, educate them, and do a bit of free consulting work to demonstrate that you know what you're doing (in case you don't already have a large portfolio of clients).
