RECOMMENDED: Room by Emma Donoghue.

Personally, I spend a lot of time reading different types of books and without a doubt this is one of my favorites. Here is the synopsis.

Opinion

Room tells a moving story about a mother who does her best to help her son to the environment where he was born. You can feel completely the feelings of Jack, a child who with his innocence learns the reality of the world in a very different way. This story allows you to feel completely what it’s to live a life is captivity and how a mother does her best to protect her children

Emma Donoghue did an excellent job writing this story with the perspective of a boy of only 5 years old and it is one of his works that has left me fascinated. Nominated for a Booker prize and adapted in 2015 in a film directed by Lenny Abrahamson with the same
name.
