The twins from 'Us' played Ross and Rachel's baby Emma on 'Friends'

Turns out, not even your cozy Friends binge is safe from the terrifying effects of Us.

Cali and Noelle Sheldon, the twins who played Ross and Rachel's adorable baby Emma in Seasons 9 and 10 of Friends, are all grown up now and starring in Jordan Peele's latest nightmare.

The Sheldon sisters, now 16, appear as Becca and Lindsey Tyler, the twin daughters of Elisabeth Moss's character, Kitty.

For those who haven't seen the film, we won't go into too many details about their portrayals — but these two sure can turn a cartwheel.

This baby would look great in red.

News of the bizarre casting first hit in January, as pointed out by People — but in the wake of the film's release, the twins' terrifying career trajectory has Friends and Us fans overwhelmed.

Us marks the first major on-screen roles for the Sheldon sisters since Friends. No word yet on how this cross-over factoid is changing up Us fan theories, but where there's a will, there's a way.
