Joris en de Draak is back in operation

As loopings.nl reports, the dueling wooden roller coaster "Joris en de Draak" at the Efteling is back in operation after a long period of maintenance and repair. The Flying Dutchman and Piranha rafting are still closed for maintenance.

Powerpark Finland wants your names for roller coaster

For a long time there were only rumors on the way, now it is finally clear that the new roller coaster tracks at the Finnish Power Park belong to a new roller coaster from Gerstlauer. For a while it was suspected that it might be an extension of the existing "Junker". Since also the color scheme of the tracks and supports is the same.
But now the park is looking for a name for the new roller coaster via the community. You can also participate. Write your suggestions in the comments if you want, so we can see if one of you will make it.

Legoland Windsor shows train design

Legoland Windsor shows on the official Facebook page the train design for the Duplo Dino Family Coaster which will start in the upcoming season. The children's coaster will be located in the "Duplo Valley" themed area, which is scheduled to open on March 14, 2020.

Isla Magica gets a small water carousel

According to the Twitter account of La Mar De Parques, the Spanish theme park "Isla Magica" has announced a small novelty at the travel fair FITUR in Madrid. In Kiev, Ukraine, a small indoor amusement park was opened in the Blockbuster Mall, according to an article shared by VHCoasters on Twitter. As the article states, the roller coaster, which was also built in the mall, is said to have spinning cars in operation.

Opening date for Texas Stingray

The new wooden roller coaster "Texas Stingray" at Sea World San Antonio Park now has an opening date. According to the Facebook post from Sea World it officially starts on February 29th. As a Pass Member you can test the roller coaster exclusively on February 22nd and 23rd. The Woody, built by Great Coasters International has a length of 1.030 meters, reaches a height of 29 meters and a speed of 88 km/h.
