HAVING MUSCLES DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU HAVE STRENGTH

in #english6 years ago

It is not the same to train, eat and rest for a person looking for an aesthetic goal, than those who seek a healthy goal or for those with a sporting objective.

But within sporting goals there may also be differences that generate different aesthetic changes.

The common denominator of people thinks that the fact that an individual has hypertrophied muscles means that he has a lot of strength. However, people with a lot of muscle mass train with that goal (have large muscles); while those who train maximum strength seek to have more and more strength.

An athlete that aims to hypertrophy your muscles will have more and more muscles but not necessarily have more strength and how to train of both subjects probably do not look at all ... or the only similarities that we find will be that both train in a gym with bars, discs and dumbbells.
