Ingredients: 

Dough: 

400 gr wheat flour                   6 tablespoons 

oil                                                 Water 

Salt to your liking

Filling: 

5 tablespoons oil                   4 cloves of garlic 

1 kilo of spinach                     2 egg 

1 onion                                     Basil

Preparation: 

Dough: 

The flour is mixed with the oil first, then the necessary salt and water is added, forming a white mass. The dough is cut into 6 pieces and formed with each ball leaving it to rest for about 30 minutes.

Filling: 

The onions, garlic and spinach are sauté in oil. When ready, it cools down and adds salt, basil and raw eggs. Then the masses are stretched and put one into a smeared mold. Smear the dough with oil then put the second and also the third layer, always brush each of them with oil. The filling is placed on the third layer. It is covered with another dough, painted with oil and followed until the third. On the sides it closes all well, squeezing the dough. It is brought to the oven moderate for about 30 minutes.
