Here is a skeleton of an essay to describe /write about a person. I hope it may help.

Hobbies, interests or any activity he/she attends

Conclusion
Comments & feelings about the person

***The main idea is that each paragrapgh approaches different topics about the person.

Example:

On one of the days I help my father, we went to Kadikoy together. There lots of flowers to change their vases. I had no excitement when I first stepped into the house of famous old Turkish actor, M***** A*****.

When we rang the bell, his wife welcomed us. As he had not been there yet, we didn’t start to work. What I notice while drinking tea and talking with his wife is that he was really fond of flowers.

When he came in, he had black pants and a t-shirt. Unlike his youth, he was overweight and his hair had gotten white already. Despite his age, his face had traces of cleverness.

He shook hand with us gently and quickly. Having been a comedian in his earlier life, he had humor in his speech indirectly But he was serious about his wishes.

After being in the same place for couple of hours, I can say that he is one of the values we have.
