I agree with your opinion. Now I start teaching 2 my kids English. First step, I focus on listening everyday. Beside, I registed my account in a website, in which I can be host. I want my kids make friends with foreigners and talk with them. Now my kids can not talk too much, but my older daughter can listen better.
yep, we should let children touch in English when they were young, it's make a good habit, and they will have a strong nice voice :)
