TASTING BAY

The Bay of Tasting is a beach of the Aragua state (Venezuela), of great extension, fine sand, crystalline waters and adorned by the shade of erect coconut trees. The Bay of Tasting has become a spa area of great concurrence. It has cabins and restaurants and is 58 km from Maracay along the El Limón road. It is a great work in the form of a semicircle with very amplified branches.

With this short introduction, today I dedicate my post, to one of the places most visited by this server, ¡Bahía de Cata!

For about 3 years, our visit to this bay has been concurrent. A free weekend, holidays or free days, it is enough to escape to this earthly paradise that has the state Aragua. In the surroundings, close to the beach, there are good inns, cabins and, if boat trips are concerned, in the western part of the bay you will find a small pier where you can hire them to various points of the coast: Catica, La Ciénaga , Choroní, Chuao.

If you want more privacy and tranquility, catica is the best option, it is located in front of the bay, to access this idyllic paradise, it is necessary to take a boat from Cata and it only takes five minutes to get there, the tour operators of the area offer you what is needed to enjoy the day, it is worth noting that you can only spend the day, since the small island is not suitable to stay one night.
