Do you think it's a lie?

Have you ever heard someone say that stress is killing you? If so, or you yourself have said it on one occasion, you probably thought it was an exaggerated statement, but according to recent studies you could actually be wrong, since the pressure level of people in different countries Of the world may be affecting their life expectancy.

In general terms there is a search that human beings, regardless of our gender, ethnic origin or religious beliefs, have in common: happiness. When life is happy, we like it so much that we undertake an additional search for longevity.

But in a world bombarded by stereotypes and filled with ever-increasing demands on a personal and working level, working for a long and happy life can be extremely complicated.

Although a sufficient amount of stress can be good, an overhead is something else - no one benefits from too much stress. For example, having a little stress because you have an exam can motivate you to study more. But when the test causes you a lot of stress, you focus less on the subject you need to learn.

Pressures that are extremely intense, long lasting, or problems that need to be tackled without help can cause a stress overload. Here are several situations that can be overwhelming if they continue for a long time:

-being a victim of bullying or being exposed to violence or physical injury

-tense relationships, family conflicts, sadness caused by a broken heart, or the death of a loved one

People who are going through a stress overload show some of the following symptoms:

-Anxiety or panic attacks
-constant pressure, confusion and haste
-irritability and melancholy
-physical symptoms: stomach problems, headaches and chest pains
-allergic reactions: eczema and asthma
-sleep problems
-overeating, overeating, smoking or using drugs
-sadness or depression

All people feel stress in a different way. Some people get angry, behave inappropriately, and become angry with others. Other people hide it and begin to suffer from food problems or substance abuse. People with chronic illness also notice that the symptoms of their illness increase when they have a stress overload.

Learn to think that challenges are opportunities and difficult situations are not disasters, but momentary problems. Solve problems and ask for help and advice from other people, instead of complaining and letting stress build up. Set your own goals and keep abreast of your progress. Take time to relax. Be optimistic. Believe in yourself. Breathe. Allow a little stress to motivate you to take positive action to help you reach your goals.

I agree that taking positive action is necessary to break the cycle. It might be a risk but it is worth taking.
