Precaries that exist in hospitals in Venezuela

The decadences that exist in the majority of hospitals in Venezuela. Apart from hospitals that do not have medicines and equipment to carry out any studies, they also suffer from carelessness in their infrastructures. Today I went to a hospital clinic and needed to go to the bathroom and when I entered I noticed the precariousness of the men's room and asked a lady what the state of the bathroom was for women and she told me that she was just as destroyed like that of men. Health and its infrastructure in Venezuela are completely abandoned due to bad government policies.
