Lasagna Crudi-Vegana 😀
A trend that I am knowing, that I liked a lot and which I have included in my food change, is the raw-vegan cuisine (RAW), which by not cooking, keeps all its nutrients intact. The ingredients I used for LASAÑA CRUDI-VEGANA, for 4 servings, were: One zucchini cut into thin strips, mint pesto, 2 filleted portobello mushrooms marinated in tamari (fermented soybeans), cashew cream cheese, 16 baby spinach leaves , Palma nut-based cheese and a delicious sauce of dehydrated tomatoes and fresh tomatoes ..
To make tomato sauce I use: 2 large tomatoes, 100 grams of dehydrated tomatoes, oregano, basil, olive oil, garlic, Himalayan salt and pepper

I have never tried a war vegan lasagna before, but it looks so good!
