Cause stuffed chicken

The cause is a typical and representative dish of Peruvian cuisine, with many variations in terms of its ingredients. It is of pre-Columbian origin, because it was prepared in the past with yellow potatoes, which have a smooth texture and crushed chili.

INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings)

-1.5 kg of yellow potato
-½ cup of oil
-Just 3 or 4 lemons
-03 liquefied yellow peppers
-Salt c / n.

-01 cup and a half of mayonnaise

PREPARATION

-Boil the potatoes with salt and a half slice of lemon, making sure they do not fall apart when cooked.
