Calculate the dimensions of the oven / refrigerator, completely the entire drive, calculate the heat exchanger and design in 3D and drawings.

I model the outer diameter of the lining based on the original internal diameter of the furnace to determine the size of the steel casing.

The length of the oven is 30 meters. The size of the brick is wedge-shaped 230x114x75x65 mm (№20)
The length of the lining is 1/3 of the length of the furnace. Total 5081 bricks.
In addition to the brick, a 40 mm thick berm will be used.

Часть футеровки вращающегося холодильника для охлаждения цементного клинкера.
Моделирую наружный диаметр футеровки исходя из исходного внутреннего диаметра печи, чтобы определиться с размером стального корпуса.

Длина печи 30 метров. Размер кирпича клиновидного 230х114х75х65 мм (№20)
Длина футеровки равна 1/3 длины печи. Всего 5081 кирпич.
Помимо кирпича будут использоваться лещадь толщиной 40 мм.

В реальной модели разумеется будет один солид, иначе порвёт видеокарту ноутбука.
Вообще кладка - не моя проблема, но надо примерно прикинуть размеры корпуса исходя из исходного рабочего сечения. Далее изменения диаметра в свету +-50 мм роли не играют. Ну и массу кирпича вычислить заодно поточнее.

Пересчитываем ту же формулу с новыми исходными массами.
Не забываем учитывать массу клинкера в печи - задаемся процентным заполнением сечения.
