Prime Minister Narendra Modi has laid the foundation stone of Jogila tunnel project connecting the Kashmir Valley from Ladakh region to every season. The project will be completed in 7 years with a cost of Rs 6,809 crore. This will reduce the distance of Srinagar and Leh to just 15 minutes from the time it takes to 3.5 hours. With the construction of this tunnel 14.2 km, connectivity between Leh, Kargil and Srinagar will remain in every weather. Generally there is no connectivity for Leh-Ladakh in the winter days.

after completing this project , Indian Army also will reach China Border very soon and with all comfort .
