BIM (Building Information Modelling) is System or way that combine Stcurure, architecture, mechanical and electrical in 3D Model digital as the information to the designer, Contractor, owner and building maintenance. in Wikipedia, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a digital representation of physical and functional characteristics of a facility. A BIM is a shared knowledge resource for information about a facility forming a reliable basis for decisions during its life-cycle; defined as existing from earliest conception to demolition¹⁾.While switching from CAD to BIM is already justified by the benefits achieved during the design phase BIM offers further benefits during the construction and operation of buildings²⁾.
