Complicated options when building a house

Today I will try to describe what should be done when we will build a house, as we know home is a valuable asset that also serves as a means of infestation in the future so before we build a house it's good we try to find out what often hinder someone to start building it

Actually there are two options that we must determine in the early stages of development planning is, whether we will choose to build a house in accordance with the budget we have or choose on the basis of aesthetic considerations?

In the discussion this time I try to put aside the problem of function and strength of the building, because in fact I often find the field is a matter of budget and aesthetics.

I will give each example of a problem that we can ultimately value with which option is more suitable, whether on budget or aesthetic considerations.

I then begin to calculate the extent of space requirements and adjust to the budget that the owner has without too consideration of the extra space that may be needed.

A few days after the first meeting, we then met again to discuss some things that are considered important, such as limited space and the problem of material use.

The majority of materials used are manufacturing materials given the relatively cheaper price and the fasade is not very ornament, just a few simple horizontal and vertical ornaments.

Because of the limited budget I finally started thinking hard about the comfort that remains the standard.

After several months of work finally the house is finished with the cost of a relatively cheap development and a fast time.

On some occasions I have actually discussed with the owner that if the building is completed with the budget already mentioned, then there are some aspects that must be sacrificed, such as the use of standard or substandard materials.

But if he still wants the use of lux material of course we must sacrifice the size of the room, we should have to minimize or negate some rooms that are considered not important.

This design concept requires that architects have to think extra and this concept is often called a minimalist concept.

SECOND EXAMPLE

I came across an owner who wanted a house different from the majority of the houses around him. He wants a house that can accommodate all its activities such as sports watching cinema and so forth.

I finally started to study the character of the prospective residents of the house I design and there is only one thing in common, that is to make the house as a place of activity, like the Harry Potter movie and very rarely out of the house to socialize with their neighbors.

Some steps I have to go through very carefully because I do not want to miss the process of creating a dream home in a hurry.

Slowly but surely I finally completed the design phase of the house and received with joy by the owner.

I then realized that I had finished a pompous house with some ornaments, the use of materials and facilities that made anyone jealous.

For all the arrogance the owner must spend a lot of cost and spend a lot of time when the design stage until the work is done.

Each option / example has some advantages and disadvantages, I will try to describe it to you.

If you want to build a house from your savings for so long then I suggest you to build a house with the concept of budget, because you only need to spend money once and in accordance with the plan

By minimizing the size of the room and the selection of suitable materials while still using comfort as standard, then I am sure you can calculate how much money you should spend.

If you build a house with infinite money then you have many choices in form, dasain and so forth then the second example is more suitable for you.

You can say you are realizing a dream to be real, in this case no longer consider how much money should be spent and how long the process to complete.

The house is a habitable place for human beings and continues to evolve both its function and needs according to the times, every human being needs a habitable place as a basic need.

Every human being has their own standard of comfort, the architects are only trying to describe that comfort into form and space. The design process itself is sometimes affected by the owner's money strength because the more complicated the desired character the longer it takes time in translating it. Finally, humans also determine what their primary needs are.
