Greetings, how are you steemit friends? Wish you good health always. Today I am again discussing the preparation of construction work.

Usually, in large-scale construction work of contractors who have a head office far from the work site, will build a temporary office around the construction work area to facilitate all administrative activities and reach to the job site.

This temporary office is not permanent and will be dismantled when construction work is completed, the interim office will coordinate with the headquarters regarding all construction activities on the work being done.

We'd better know what an office is, a need for labor and materials to build temporary offices with plaster floors.

OFFICE

The office is a place to support the company's activities [source] or other activities take place. Offices can be permanent and temporary depending on need, usually permanent and larger offices are made headquarters.

The office has several rooms to support the activities of workers among others. [source]

  • Workspace
  • Meeting Room
  • Supporting Room

The office functions as a recipient of information on commercial activities, information storage for when it is needed, information regulator, information provider and asset protector. [source]

The office has had a history of supporting human activities in the running of commerce to this day [source]. But today the office has evolved as needed.

CALCULATION OF LABOR AND MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS

The office is a place to support the company's activities [source], to determine the labor and material needs of temporary office work at construction sites, we must first calculate the size of the office we will build.

This temporary office uses brick walls, multiplex, wooden frame, plaster floor and comb glass.

In accordance with the technical analysis of Indonesian National Standard No A 2.2.1.5 [source] which determines the m2 count then the example of the calculation is.

A count of the temporary office area.

CONCLUSION

A temporary office on large-scale construction work is a necessity to facilitate work and coordination in a field and with the head office.

This calculation is only as a basic reference may change in accordance with the needs of the field, such as reducing or changing the type of material and so forth so as to provide comfort to workers.

In accordance with the technical analysis of Indonesian National Standard to complete 96.00 m2 temporary office work with a plaster, a floor is required.
