Produkt idea: Passive pizza oven for drones.
With new tech, new problems arise. If one can estimate the changes in advance, one can build solutions before the problem occurs. This can be seen as a high risk investment: high risk of failure, high possible reward.
Situation
A drone delivers Pizza faster than a car and saves costs by cutting out a driver and the need for a car/roller.
It is said that Domino's drone would be able to carry loads up to 5.5 pounds.
The only thing holding pizza-drones back currently are regulations.
Problem
The drone can't carry as much as the driver, at the same time it also needs time to reach the destination. Moving at higher altitude cools the pizza down faster. It might arrive too cold to eat.
Solution
A leightweight pre heated oven, that bakes the pizza to perfection and then keeps it warm until arriving at the customer.
The Solution would consist out of an thermically insulated box. The perfect weight/insulation ratio would be given using aero gel. Inside the thermobox would be a heat storage that is pre heated in an ofen at the restaurant.

Aero gel is a great insulator and very light weight
A system could control the temperature. The ideal baking time is followed by and rapid cooling to prevent overcooking. The temperature will drop to a perfect height to keep the pizza warm.
Conclusion
While the functions are clear, the part solutions will be hard to find out.
Luckily there is still time to experiment and go through the construction process, before pizza delivery drones are on the market.
But when they are published, a product can be ready to safe a lot of time by keeping the pizza warm and skipping the baking process.
