Energy Healing De-Mystified
One thing that I am really passionate about is explaining how simply energy healing works and to remind others that is it not something superstitious, reserved purely for the spiritual seekers and mystics. There is nothing mystical about energy healing when you understand how it works. It can be understood scientifically through the premises of quantum physics. The body is composed entirely of energy. As is the quantum field that makes up our ‘world’. How the atomic molecules that make up our cells operate has a direct impact on how we ‘resonate’ and therefore how our physical body operates.
When we resonate with frequencies that aren’t necessarily our original resonance (something I refer to as our ‘soul frequency’) we see problems arise such as depression, anxiety, ill-ness and suffering.
Our body is made up of energy channels, or meridians which carry the life-force energy that sustains us. Many different cultures recognise that disease occurs when these channels get blocked, preventing us from receiving our own Source energy and therefore inhibiting our potential for optimal health. Most people are familiar with acupuncture, kinesiology and reiki which all seek to clear away these energetic blocks. Using different methods it is possible to ‘move’ disturbance energy out of a person’s energy field to allow the body’s natural healing ability to do its thing, uncompromised.
Quantum physics describes the notion of a quantum wave, which only collapses as a particle into our space-time when a conscious observer makes a measurement or observation. A mind that has risen free of limiting beliefs (personally and collectively) is capable of directing a potential wave into something quite unexpected which results in something we would describe as ‘miraculous’.

I don’t pretend to be an expert in quantum physics, far from it, but I love how it supports the truth that the mind can influence matter, outside of time and space. It also explains how distance energy healing works, much to most people’s disbelief. My favourite method of ‘moving energy’ or ‘healing’ is the use of visualisation. Every single human mind is only limited by what they choose to be a reality for them. This explains how people have healed from terminal illnesses with no logical explanation other than an unwavering belief that they would survive. It also explains how a person who is adamantly opposed to the notion that energy healing can work creates that reality. Challenging our beliefs and unconscious behaviours becomes an inherent part of the healing process for this very reason.
Dr Bruce Lipton stated “There’s a concept in quantum physics called ‘entanglement’, which is when one energy source entangles with another so that they interfere with each other. This interference can be positive and harmonious, as with energy healing, or it can be negative”.
This concept of entanglement can also be seen in the way that sensitive children absorb the energies of those around them, often quite unconsciously. Energy healing can be used to reverse this effect and harmonise as child’s energy field again.
Our children are growing up in a world that is awake to new paradigm ideas and concepts and this will support them immensely in drawing to them the experiences and reality that will best serve them to live their life authentically, peacefully and with vibrant health.
