Rockstar Thermo X Energy Drink Review - 🍊🍍 Tropical Fire Flavor 🥭🥥
Today we're doing a review of the All New Rockstar Thermo X, a Thermogenic Energy Drink from Rockstar.
Now Bang kind of created this Energy Drink / Pre-Workout category with Bang Energy drinks having 300mg of Caffeine, BCAAs, CoQ10, Super Creatine, etc. Then Monster Reign entered the space and now Rockstar is competing in this same space.
One thing I like to say about these drinks is at the end of the day they are energy drinks and nothing more, these are not BCAA recovery drinks, the creatine put in these drinks is minimal, its an energy drink and everything else is just clever marketing to appeal to athletes and fitness enthusiasts. none of these companies mention how much Creatine or BCAAs they put in these drinks and the amounts are likely minimal.
One unique thing about Thermo X is they actually do state how much BCAAs they put in here, there's 1000mg, which isn't horrible but at the same time isn't really an effective dose for muscle recovery or endurance, but its better than nothing and unlike Bang and Reign at least they do give you a number.
I picked this drink up at Speedway, I've seen some people online saying these are exclusive to Speedway though others say AM/PM, so if you have either of these gas stations near you then you should be able to find Rockstar Themo X.
