A very efficient emergency light

Schematics and description of a very efficient "Joule thief" circuit. It can light up an LED 10 Watt 220 Volt lamp with a 1.2 Volt rechargeable battery. It is capable of staying lit for about 20 minutes. At the beginning the it is very bright, then dims out little by little.
