•What is the electricity

Electricity is an electromagnetic phenomenon created by the interaction of particles present in matter that are positively or negatively charged and whose effects can be used to generate energy, the matter is composed of atoms consisting of a central nucleus made up of protons and neutrons.

•Source of the electrical energy

Electricity is a secondary energy because it is generated from the transformation of a primary energy by means of a conversion system. Primary energy is energy that is directly available in nature, such as fossil fuels, geothermal energy, solar radiation, wind and biomass.

•Types of electricity

Static electricity:
As its name seems to indicate, in this type of electricity is no flow of electrons, this is an accumulation of electrical charges when two materials of different natures are in contact.

Dynamic electricity:
This expression, contrary to "static electricity", it is an electrical energy that resulting from a displacement of electrons in a conductive material, the concept designates a physical reality, we speak more generally of electric current, and here we can understand electricity in a more realistic way, so that we can distinguish two kinds of electric current:

1-DC current, (Direct current)
All the electrons move in the same direction, we speak of polarized circuit, the electrons circulate from the negative to the positive terminal, here the power source is constant like batteries..

2-AC current, (Alternating current) :
The electrons go back and forth in the circuit, they move sometimes in one direction sometimes in the other, here the current is produced by an alternator, source of which each terminal becomes positive, then negative, then positive ... This is the case of domestic, tertiary and industrial current.

With this simplified definition of electricity, we can understand a little bit its journey made up of many profound steps, but we end with this introduction, we will talk a lot on the future about the electricity as an essential ingredient of life, which can not be dispensed under any circumstances.
