Energy doesn’t lie

In ‘The Game of Life’, Florence Scovel Shinn states that microbes can affect us only when we vibrate at the same frequency level as them. But I also found this to be true when it comes to people and their negative energy. Every day, they come at us with complaints, criticism, negative comments and opinions, yet, it is totally up to us whether we let it affect us or not. Oftentimes, we need to be mindful of the people that we’re surrounded by. Just like we wouldn’t stay in an area affected by nuclear radiation, negative people are to be fled like the plague. Otherwise, we ought to make sure that we keep our own energy at a highest frequency than theirs at all times. Be also alert of the type of vibes that you sense when certain people enter your presence; if it doesn’t feel good, make it you duty to avoid those people at all cost.
