Yes microgrid can be of any size actually. As long as the power source of the grid is not dependent on centralized macrogrid it can be considered a microgrid. Usually though if the power source is designed to only power up single flat or house it’s called nanogrid and your telephone could be considered picogrid:P I though thought that calling them all just microgrid would make things easier:)
btw I have heard about tesla powerwall for the first time...Since im studying the grids now i will think about possible investment into tesla products:) thanks for that!
