Galactic energy and zero-point energy both have several meanings.
The science definition is way off base.
The free-energy wanting community definition is close to correct, but theirs is just wishful thinking.

Free energy is very easy. However, it will not be available to mankind until he will not use it for war.
I expect about two generations.
