This implies that the price of electricity on the platform is subjected to market forces of demand and supply.

ELONCITY TOKEN(ECT) FUNCTION
ECT is an ERC20 utility token, tailored to streamline energy transaction within and nearby ECTP-compliant microgrid. The ECT can be used as a medium of payment where users earn ECT by sharing excess energy to members on the platform. In addition, since the sum energy transaction volume as well as the speed of ECT transactions determines the value of each ECT, the token can function as a store of value.
