According to Bitcoinexchangeguide David Shrier a lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and associate researcher at Oxford University believes that the encryption industry is expected to test the legal boundaries established by regulators in the United States and around the world. He cited Uber as a company to explore an example of a relatively new industry occasionally violating existing laws and having reasonable negation. For the cryptocurrency community Shrier believes that the encryption industry may try to circumvent government regulations and try to achieve better innovation and maximize profits wherever possible.
