I was considering funding this, but I think 1BTC is way too high for this place. I'm not sure, but it appears that if this is an OTC exchange, then 1BTC is certainly way too high.

This exchange (if it is an exchange) is not even on the top 100 exchanges by volume. One can get STEEM listed on many of the exchanges on the top 100 for less than 1BTC.

Can I advise that you go and email all the exchanges on the top 100 to request the listing fee? Make sure you let them know that you are a major stakeholder and a top witness for STEEM. Otherwise you will not get a response. Get the communication started and negotiate the listing fee. You will find much better deals out there that will drive trading volume of STEEM & SBD much better. Also, I think that the community would be more supportive of funding a higher ranked exchange. It would also be easier to get funding if the listing fee is lower.

Feel free to negotiate with the exchanges not only lower the price, but see if they will sweeten the deal by adding SBD along with STEEM. When they get a STEEM wallet, they get SBD functionality with it anyway. It would not be all that big of a leap to add SBD along with STEEM. See if they will take STEEM as payment or partial payment.

One last thing is that If you attempt to get STEEM and/or SBD listed on a major exchange, I have a community of witness votes that will go your way. I will also do what I can to get the word out for any fundraising necessary.
