Self-introduction: features = memory points + sharing
Introduction to personal ability: ability = advantage ability + accumulation method + measurable achievement
Personal perfect introduction = characteristics + abilities + value (value, such as through me will be like this)
Convince others and prevent yourself from being deceived: facts, opinions, data, feelings, recaps

People are always consuming love while looking for love, but in fact, love is around
Food and clothing are worry-free, simple and happy, success and fame, plain and plain
Wishful thinking = wishful thinking + accomplishing
Perfect praise = sincerity + praise skills (focus on the other person, what you care about)
Five praises: merit, effect (result), cause, impact on me, appreciation and envy of the other person
Wrong mindsets: avoidance (cowardice, I can't do it), fate (self-deception, bad luck, bad fate), self-denial (inferiority, superiority of others), blindness (greed, endless desire), procrastination (fear, not now), blame (conceit, feeling that others are inferior to yourself).
Thinking misunderstandings:
Result deviation, root drama outcome decision-making
Rare mistakes, such as limited-time promotions, limited editions
Over-set: over-optimistic, too many dishes
Survivor bias: Other people's entrepreneurial success, celebrity divorce says that there is no true love
Ready-made bias: Just take the medicine well, just say that this medicine cures all diseases
Ostrich effect: Ignore information that is not good for yourself
Decreasing reward effect: Most people like to increase praise and criticize less
(Truth = praise and criticism coexist)
Out of the thinking scam: In real life, many decisions are made by instinct, and the reasons for the choice are invented afterwards, and it makes us feel like we are making a sober decision.
