Insalata verde (modern style salad)

This is my origal menu,modern cuisine italian style..
Insalata verde is a green salad
But I made it with a different style..
To look different from most salads..
I use dressing for salad is truffle italian dressing..
Rich truffle and sweet sour..
And grill chicken for side dish

Ingredients :

  • mix salad
  • kyuri slice
  • mushroom
  • green peashoot
  • grill chicken
  • truffle italian dressing
  • crispy tuile
  • basil oil
