We use beef strip, slice 3 color paprika, gherkin, slice onion,paprika powder, brown sauce and creamy lyonnaise potato and mozzarella for dish..

- creamy lyonnaise potato
- mozzarella
- sour cream

Love the presentation and it looks really really delicious @danusatria23 ... Any tips on how to cook beef so that they are tender? I don't have much luck and they are always so tough to eat. Thoughts?

It's easy enough to make the meat tender, you must use papaya skin, and paste it on the meat evenly .. let stand for 1 night,Don't use mature papaya, but use raw papaya..
