Fun Fact: (I feel like) I eat more spinach than Popeye, the Sailor!
I eat 16oz clamshell organic baby spinach a day (not in 1 meal). I usually heat ghee in a skillet, put in and cook 1-2 slices of bacon, add spinach and an egg and scramble the egg with the spinach, finish it up by sprinkle a little Himalayan pink salt. It's quick to prepare, tasty and healthy; I usually eat it for 1-2 meals a day. Try this for breakfast instead of your typical cereal. This wont make you crash (sugar crash) and you will experience clarity, focus and different energy! I quit drinking red bull, coffee, other pick-me-up's etc by switching to this diet alone.
For each meal:
- Skillet or Pot
- 3g Ghee (4th & Heart)
- Himalayan Pink Salt
- 2 slices of bacon
- 80g Organic spinach or organic baby spinach
- 1 Large Pasture Raised Eggs (Vital Farms)

2g Net Carbs
4g Total Carbs
2g Fiber
16g Fat
12g Protein
