Empath Inside
Are you an empath? It can be very draining until you learn to control it, and sometimes turning it off means you feel or seem cold-hearted.
Recharging is necessary, however. Take care of yourself so you CAN take care of others.💗
Happy tip for my fellow empaths - avoid the news channels, most of it isn't true anyway.
