How to deal with pain of negativity in our life

In life, there are times when you need to quickly deal with mental pain and move on. There is one simple way to transform negative emotions.

When you are in pain, give yourself five minutes to shout, cry and beat the pillow: feel the negative energy as intense as possible. But exactly five minutes later, stop. And use your sadness as a motivator for action.

We all have times when we are sad, jealous, go crazy with envy, miss our loved ones, and become depressed when it seems to us that the world is crumbling. All these feelings can visit a person from time to time, and can wait for us at the most inopportune moment, when we least expect the blow of fate .

Many people think that negative feelings should be ignored. Philosophers and psychologists break spears on how to get rid of negative emotions.

The truth is that without pain there is no joy. If we were always happy with everything, life would seem rather fresh to us. No one would, in principle, be able to feel anything.

In fact, it is not necessary to think exclusively positively. Just positive thinking allows you to push your pain, and therefore your problem deeper into yourself.

However, if you do not work with negative emotions , they will haunt you everywhere and poison your life.

Write a book, draw a picture, compose a song. Cook something delicious . Go to the gym. Climb to the top of the mountain. Create a startup. Create something magical.

Even if you are not Beethoven, your negative feelings can be a treasure for someone. Release them.
