Bad Emotions

Any negative emotion you have had, the concerns that you cannot stop, your worries may come to the disease level after a while.

Researches emphasize that suppressing feelings and thinking about the past are among the triggers of depression and anxiety.

It may be acceptable to visit the past occasionally and receive references. But to stand on the only negative thoughts and feelings around you to keep you in a mood always troubles.

Start creating new, positive memories to change these negative memories of the past. Spend time with the people who make you happy, the things that cheer you up and give you peace.
