Thanks to all the entrants 👏👏! There may not have been many of you but we’ve gotten #EmojiPoetry off to a good start. One tiny problem I didn’t anticipate is that almost nobody voted 😶. Most of the contestants didn’t vote (even on themselves). If you check out the first contest post, you’ll see we have two-way ties for first place and second place.

The prize pool is still only 20SBD though so I’ve divided it like this: 8SBD each for the 1st place winners and 2SBD each for the 2nd place. That should reach everyone’s wallets in about an hour when I make the transfers. When the first contest post matures, 30% of the SBD rewards will go to each first place winner and 20% will go to each of the second place winners.
I’ll need to simplify all of this considerably but for a first contest, I don’t think it went badly at all! 😊 Look out for the next round tomorrow...
