This could have been an alert that the dollar is almost worthless. Inflation is here and now. Hyper-inflation is coming. All commodity prices will vault higher in the coming months. Sorry about this. No action is needed.

When an emergency occurs, there will never be enough time to run, hide, or stock up on life necessities. The actions necessary to survive must be taken before the President beeps in to tell us all to duck.

In the early 1960’s many of us hid beneath our school desks. Soon, alerts of this kind were ignored. Hoe...Hum...

Today’s alert might have said... buy non-dollar assets as quickly as possible. Bet against the dollar.

But this action would have only triggered panic. Panic is bad. Be prepared.
