Friend Hit By Drunk Driver NEEDS HELP

Friend of mine hit by a drunk driver night before last in New Orleans.
I figured I would post this here I know there are some decent people out there that like helping other people.
This is a real thing it really happened and he broke his collarbone and 2 ribs as well as being battered and bruised many other places.
